The following vacancies are available:

Fund Raising Officer: Salary £19-21k, plus bonus

Responsible for the fundraising plan, you must be imaginative, creative  and articulate. You should enjoy communicating through speech and the written word, and posses and an eye for making attractive and effective marketing materials. You should be organised, self-motivated and able to win over donors.

Community Radio Station Manager: Salary £21-25k

Are you enthusiastic and passionate about broadcasting? Willing to serve and manage the day-to-day running of a radio station? You will be responsible for: scheduling programmes, managing presenters and DJs, and networking with businesses, public and voluntary organisations to promote the radio station and increase the market for advertising.

Experience with radio work is preferable but not necessary. Suitable candidates will be given technical training.

Quran Teacher for Hifz and Qir’at: Salary £19- 21k

We are looking for a qualified Hafiz and Qari passionate about teaching children the Majestic Quran. Experienced in the field is preferred. Suitable candidates must be English speaking.

Sales and Marketing Operative: Salary £19-21k plus commission

Karimia has produced a set of 18 textbooks and teaching resources for our clients. We are looking for someone able to sell these to our clients and other markets. You should be able to build a rapport and trust with clients. Be persistent in the face of rejections, sell to the shops, madrassas and mosques. Successful applicants must be car drivers.

Salaries will depend on experience and qualifications
